That was the case for Firefox (the RSS reader was removed) and is also the case for Thunderbird (which has a decent feed reader).<\/p>\n<p><!--  (but not on the level of Opera with its single \"inbox\" for RSS feeds)).\n\nIt does actually have a single inbox feature, but it isn't the default\n--><\/p>\n<h2>How-to<\/h2>\n<p>It is very far from being intuitive (for example, when I wrote this I had to struggle for 10 minutes, even though I knew it was possible). The trick is to know to <strong><em>expand an element in a list<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It is by:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on <em>&#8220;Podcast, blogs, and news feed&#8221;<\/em> on the left<\/li>\n<li>Click on <em>Manage subscriptions<\/em> on the right (top, under &#8220;Feeds&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>For the RSS feed you want the RSS URL for, expand by clicking on the little right-pointing arrow (to the left, of the RSS icon and feed headline).<\/li>\n<li>Left-click on the expanded element (usually there is only one)<\/li>\n<li>Copy the feed URL from the field <em>&#8220;Feed URL&#8221;<\/em> (the second field)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/pmortensen.eu\/world2\/2025\/10\/03\/rss-feeds-for-reddit-github-youtube-etc#veryUnintuitiveThunderbirdRSS_reader\">Not intuitive<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>It is not in context. E.g., right-clicking on the feed headline on the left and choosing <em>Properties<\/em> will not lead to anything. <em>Subscribe<\/em> will get you to the same as <em>Manage subscriptions<\/em>, but the name suggests it can only be used for adding a new feed.<\/p>\n<h2>Bonus: RSS feeds for WordPress blogs<\/h2>\n<p>Append &#8220;feed&#8221; to the base blog URL.
